WooCommerce development for stores that cannot afford to break
Nobody calls us because the cart stopped working. The cart almost never breaks. What breaks is everything hanging off it: the payment gateway after an update, the shipping plugin nobody maintains, the ERP sync that silently stopped on Tuesday, the checkout that takes nine seconds on a phone.
We build WooCommerce stores so those things do not break, and we fix the ones where they already did. Since 2012, from Mexico City, on Central Time, in English. For agencies under their brand, and for companies directly.
Send the URL. Before we reply, we have already looked at it. Mon–Fri 8 am–8 pm CT; store emergencies seven days a week.
Three reasons US companies send us a WooCommerce store
Your agency sold a store and needs it built
We build it under your brand, from your designs, with the integrations your client needs, and hand it over documented. White-label terms apply →
Your store works, until it does not
It is slow, it breaks on updates, your developer left, payments fail for some customers and nobody knows why. We take over, stabilize, and tell you in writing what was wrong.
You want to sell in Mexico or to the US Hispanic market
That is not a translation job. It is OXXO and SPEI payments, Mexican carriers, MXN pricing, CFDI electronic invoicing and Spanish that reads like Spanish. We are the native team for that.
What we do
New stores
From design files or from scratch. Product architecture, variations, attributes, taxes by state, shipping zones, payment gateways, email flows, analytics and conversion tracking done properly, not bolted on.
Migrations
From Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop or an older WooCommerce nobody dares update. Products, customers, order history, URLs mapped and redirected, SEO preserved. We run the new store in parallel and switch over in a window you choose.
Checkout and performance
Checkout is where stores lose money quietly. We measure it (real devices, real connections), strip what slows it, fix the plugin conflicts, and leave you with numbers before and after.
B2B and wholesale
Customer-group pricing, tiered quantity pricing, quote requests instead of checkout, net terms, approval workflows, hidden prices for guests, catalog-only mode for distributors. We have built catalog sites with thousands of SKUs that sell entirely by quote.
Subscriptions and memberships
Recurring products, member pricing, gated content, dunning that actually recovers failed payments.
Integrations
ERPs (SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, CONTPAQi for Mexico), CRMs, POS systems, 3PLs and warehouses, marketplaces, accounting. Via native connectors when they are good, via n8n workflows we build and host when they are not.
Payments and shipping
Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, Square; for Mexico, Mercado Pago, Conekta, Clip, OXXO Pay, SPEI. Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS; Estafeta, DHL Mexico, Skydropx, Envia.com. Live rates, label printing, tracking emails.
Mexico localization
MXN pricing with IVA handled correctly, CFDI 4.0 invoicing from the order, Mexican address formats, local payment methods, Spanish written for Mexico. If you are a US brand opening a Mexican store, this is the part your US agency cannot do.
Rescue and emergencies
Store down, payments failing, orders not reaching the warehouse, hacked checkout skimming cards. First we stop the bleeding; then we tell you what happened, with evidence preserved if you need it for your processor or your insurer. Emergency support →
How we build so it does not break
Every plugin earns its place
A store with 40 plugins is a store with 40 update risks. We build with the fewest moving parts that do the job, and we document why each one is there.
Nothing hangs on abandoned software
Before we use a plugin we check when it was last updated, who maintains it and whether it has a future. We have rescued stores where the whole shipping flow depended on a plugin dead for two years.
Staging is not optional
Every store gets a staging environment. Every update, every change, goes there first. Checkout is tested with a real test order after every update.
Payments are tested like money
Successful charge, declined card, 3-D Secure, refund, partial refund, failed webhook. All of it, before launch and after every gateway update.
Measured, not guessed
Checkout speed, conversion events, abandoned-cart tracking, server-side where it matters. You get numbers, and so do we.
Hosting that can carry a store
We tell you when the hosting is the problem, which is often. We do not sell hosting; we recommend and migrate.
How a project runs
You send the URL or the brief
Before we reply, we have looked: platform, theme, plugin count, gateway, obvious performance issues, hosting.
Technical assessment
For existing stores, a paid assessment: $[X] USD, credited to the project. Findings in writing: what is wrong, what is at risk, what it will take. For new builds with a complete brief, we quote directly.
Scope and price in USD
Fixed price for defined projects; hourly blocks for ongoing work. Changes quoted before they happen.
Build on staging, you review
Staging URL from week one. For migrations, the new store runs in parallel with the old one until you say switch.
Launch in your window
Including nights and weekends, because that is when stores should be switched.
Hand-off, or stay with us
Documentation, credentials, recorded walkthrough. Thirty days of post-launch fixes on fixed-price projects. After that, most stores go on a Commerce maintenance plan with weekly staged updates and one-hour emergency response.
What we will not build
Stores on nulled themes or plugins
A nulled checkout plugin is a card skimmer waiting to be activated.
"Just make it work for now" fixes on a store processing real payments
We fix it properly or we tell you we cannot.
Stores on hosting that cannot run a staging copy or keeps killing background processes
The hosting gets fixed first.
Products or sectors we do not work with
Anything illegal in the US or Mexico, gambling, adult content.
If we say no, we say why, in writing, so you can take it to whoever you hire instead.
Why a team in Mexico for your store
Stores break at inconvenient hours
A gateway update fails at 4 pm Pacific; an offshore team sees it at their 9 am, which is your next morning. We see it at 6 pm our time, and we are still here.
We run stores, not just build them
The largest store under our daily care sells over $250,000 USD a month. We know what a Friday-night checkout failure costs because we have had the phone call.
Mexico is next door, and we are from here
If your brand is selling into Mexico or to Spanish speakers in the US, local payments, carriers, tax invoicing and Spanish that does not sound translated are not add-ons. They are the difference between a store that converts and one that confuses.
Invoices your accountant understands
USD, PayPal, Stripe or wire, W-8BEN on file.
How we price WooCommerce work
Design files or from scratch, with all the basics done properly.
Complex pricing rules, integrations, approval workflows.
Depending on catalog and order-history size. SEO preserved.
With before/after measurements on real devices.
MXN pricing, CFDI, local payments, Spanish for Mexico.
Credited to the project if you hire us.
In blocks of 10, 20 or 40 hours. Unused hours roll over 90 days.
White-label pricing for agencies on request; same rate card, your markup. Payment: 50% to start, 50% at launch on fixed-price projects. Monthly in advance on retainers.
Proof
Staging for every change, checkout tested after every update.
Under daily care: staging for every change, checkout tested after every update, gateway and carrier integrations monitored.
Replaced without downtime, migrated rules, re-tested every zone.
A store whose entire shipping calculation depended on a plugin abandoned for two years. Replaced it without downtime, migrated rules, re-tested every zone.
Hardware and transformer catalogs that sell by quote.
Built on WooCommerce for the product architecture and search, with checkout disabled by design. Ranking for product terms years later.
Same product category. Isolated builds, nothing shared.
Both clients, both ranking. Possible because each site is isolated and each build is its own.

FAQ
If you need B2B pricing, complex products, deep integrations, content plus commerce, or you want to own the platform and the data, WooCommerce. If you want a simple catalog and never want to think about hosting, Shopify is fine and we will tell you so. We do not migrate stores that should stay where they are.
Yes. URLs mapped one to one, 301 redirects, product content and metadata preserved, the new store run in parallel and switched in a window you choose. We monitor Search Console for weeks after.
Usually. Most slow checkouts are plugin conflicts, bloated themes, uncached fragments or bad hosting, not WooCommerce itself. The assessment tells you which, with numbers.
Most likely. We have connected WooCommerce to SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics and Mexican systems like CONTPAQi. When no good connector exists, we build the sync in n8n and host it.
Yes. CFDI 4.0 generated from the order, with the customer's RFC and fiscal data captured at checkout, through a licensed PAC. This is the part US agencies cannot do for you.
Yes. NDA, no client contact, your brand on everything, our rate card with your markup. Full terms →
Message us. Store emergencies are answered seven days a week. We bring it back first, investigate second, and preserve evidence if you may need it for your payment processor or insurer.
No. We will tell you if the hosting is the problem and where the store would run properly, but the contract is yours.
USD invoices, PayPal, Stripe or wire, W-8BEN on file. 50/50 on fixed projects.
If it is new, we build it so the things hanging off the cart do not break. If it is broken, we fix the right thing. If it needs to sell in Mexico, we are the team that lives there.
