01 / SEND THESE THREE THINGS

Send these three things and nothing else

01 · URL

The URL

Just the domain. We look from the outside before asking anything else.

02 · WHAT YOU SEE

What you see

A screenshot or one sentence: "white screen", "redirects to a pharmacy site", "checkout spins forever".

03 · SINCE WHEN

Since when

Roughly when it started, and what changed before if you know: update, new plugin, hosting email, someone else logged in.

You do not need credentials to start. We look from the outside first. If we need access, we tell you exactly what and how to send it safely.

02 / WHAT COUNTS

What counts as an emergency

01

Site down

500 errors, database connection errors, white screen, infinite loading, host suspended the account.

02

Hacked or infected

Redirects to spam, injected pages, Google "This site may be hacked" or "Deceptive site ahead", host flagged malware, spam going out from your domain.

03

Locked out

Admin password not working, unknown admins, 2FA lost, admin URL changed, host access lost.

04

Store not taking money

Checkout errors, payments failing for everyone or for some cards, orders not arriving, gateway disconnected after an update.

05

Broken after an update

Core, theme, plugin or PHP update took the site down or broke a critical function.

06

Developer disappeared

Site half-finished or unmaintained, nobody has the credentials, domain or hosting about to expire. We recover what can be recovered and document what cannot.

Not an emergency: slow site, design issues, a form that stopped sending last month. Still real, still ours, but through maintenance or a normal project, at normal rates.

03 / THE FIRST HOUR

What happens after you message us

first hour · from message to fix
Min 0–30

We reply with what we see

Host, status codes, obvious injection, DNS, SSL, blacklist status. If it is clearly a hosting-side problem, we tell you and tell you what to say to your host.

Min 30–60

You confirm, we get access

You confirm you want us to proceed and pay the diagnosis fee. We take a full backup of the broken site before touching anything, for evidence and so nothing is lost.

Hour 1–4

Restore or repair

Site down: we bring it back from a clean backup or fix the cause. Hacked: we clean, close the entry point, rotate every credential, remove unknown admins, resubmit to Google if flagged. Payments: we isolate the gateway, plugin or update at fault and roll back or patch.

After

Written incident report

What happened, how it got in or what broke, what we did, what to do so it does not happen again. For hacked sites, evidence preserved separately in case you need it for your insurer, your payment processor or your lawyer.

Most emergencies are resolved the same business day. Complex hacks and host-level suspensions can take longer; we tell you when we know.

04 / WHILE YOU WAIT

Do this. Do not do that.

Do
  • Send us the message now; do not wait to gather everything.
  • Note the time you noticed it and anything that changed before.
  • If you have host access, take a screenshot of any warning the host shows.
Do not
  • Do not restore a backup over the broken site yet. If the backup is also infected, you lose the evidence and keep the problem.
  • Do not delete files or "clean" plugins you suspect. We need to see them.
  • Do not pay anyone who emailed you claiming your site is hacked and offering to fix it.
  • Do not change the hosting plan or move hosts in a panic. Fix first, move later if needed.

06 / WHY US

Why people in a hurry pick us

01

Same time zone

Central Time. A 4 pm emergency in Chicago is a 4 pm emergency here.

02

We look before we talk

Our first reply already contains findings, not a form.

03

Fourteen years of other people's broken sites

Newspapers, stores doing six figures a month, sites with two caching layers and 30 plugins. We have seen your problem before.

04

Evidence handled properly

Our director is a lawyer and a WordPress engineer. If this ends up with your insurer or in a dispute with a former developer or host, the report and the preserved evidence will hold up.

07 / FOR AGENCIES

If you are an agency with a client's site on fire

We work under your name. You stay the point of contact; we feed you findings in plain English you can forward. Your client never hears from us. Same prices, same speed.

Many agencies find us this way and stay for maintenance so it does not happen again.

08 / THREE QUICK ANSWERS

FAQ

Do you really answer outside business hours?

Yes, on WhatsApp and email, with a surcharge and with a slower reply than the 30-minute daytime promise. Send the message; do not wait for Monday.

Can you fix it without admin access?

Sometimes, from the hosting panel or by restoring a backup; usually we need admin or host access. We tell you exactly what we need, and we never ask for it over a form.

Will Google remove the warning?

Once the site is clean we request a review in Search Console. Google usually lifts the warning within 24–72 hours. We check until it is gone.
