01 / DEDICATED DEVELOPERS · CENTRAL TIME · YOUR SLACK

Hire a WordPress developer who works your hours, from Mexico

Not a bench. Not a marketplace. A senior developer from our team, in your Slack, on Central Time, doing WordPress all day because that is all we do. Full time, half time or in blocks of hours, for as long as you need the capacity.

We take a limited number of dedicated engagements at a time. Reply within one business day with who is available and when.

02 / WHEN A DEDICATED DEVELOPER MAKES SENSE

When a dedicated developer makes more sense than a project

Reason 01 · agency

Agencies with steady WordPress volume

Three or more builds a quarter, a maintenance book, constant client requests. A project quote every time is friction; a developer who already knows your stack and your clients is not.

Reason 02 · in-house

In-house marketing teams with no developer

You have a WordPress site that the marketing team runs and nobody technical owns. Landing pages take two weeks, every plugin update is a gamble, the agency that built it charges by the ticket.

Reason 03 · replacement

Agencies that lost their WordPress person

Your developer left, the pipeline did not. You need someone senior on Monday, not a job posting.

Reason 04 · recovery

Teams that tried offshore and gave up

Overnight hand-offs, English that needed decoding, a different developer every month. You want one person, awake when you are.

03 / WHAT A DEVELOPER FROM OUR TEAM DOES

What you get

01 · BUILDS

Builds and front-end

Divi, Elementor, Gutenberg and block themes, hand-coded themes, responsive from design files, accessibility basics, performance budgets.

02 · BACK-END

Back-end and custom work

PHP, custom plugins, custom post types and fields (ACF, Meta Box), REST API, hooks and filters done properly, WP-CLI, Git.

03 · WOOCOMMERCE

WooCommerce

Stores, B2B pricing, checkout, gateways, shipping, subscriptions, integrations. Full scope →

04 · INTEGRATIONS

Integrations and automation

CRMs, ERPs, APIs, n8n workflows we build and host, webhooks, form-to-anywhere pipelines.

05 · PERFORMANCE

Performance, security, hosting

Core Web Vitals work, caching stacks, server-level tuning on VPS, hardening, migrations between hosts.

06 · MAINTENANCE

Maintenance operations

Staged updates, backups, monitoring, incident response. If you want your developer to also run your care plans, that is a separate offer with its own pricing →.

07 · WHAT WE ARE NOT

What we are not

Not React Native, not Laravel, not Shopify theme developers, not designers. If your need is not WordPress, we say so in the first message and we do not sell you a developer anyway.

04 / FROM FIRST CALL TO FIRST COMMIT

How it works

STEP 1

Thirty-minute call

What you build, what stack, what tools, what hours, what volume. We tell you on the call whether we have the right person available and when.

STEP 2

Match and proposal

Who the developer is, their experience, a few things they have built, the engagement model, price in USD. Not a generic CV from a pool.

STEP 3

Two-week paid trial

Real work, real tickets, at the agreed rate. At the end either side can stop with no further commitment. Most do not.

STEP 4

Onboarding into your tools

Your Slack, your project management, your Git, your staging workflow, your naming. We adapt to you, not the reverse.

STEP 5

Weekly rhythm

Daily async update in Slack, weekly summary of hours and what shipped, a monthly call if you want one. You always know what you are paying for.

STEP 6

Continuity

The same developer stays on your account. If they are out, you get a named backup from our team who has been briefed, not a stranger.

Hours in Central Time (UTC-6, no daylight saving). Overlap with Eastern is 9 am–7 pm ET; with Pacific, 6 am–4 pm PT. Full-time developers can shift their day by an hour or two to match your team.

What the monthly price includes: the developer's hours, a named backup, our senior review on anything that touches production, Git and staging infrastructure if you do not have your own, and the paperwork.

Payment: monthly in advance, USD, PayPal, Stripe or wire. W-8BEN on file. One invoice.

06 / AGAINST THE ALTERNATIVES

The honest comparison

A US hire

Salary, benefits, recruiting time, and the risk they leave in a year.

A dedicated developer from us costs a fraction, starts in two weeks, and the commitment is monthly. You give up having them in the office; you keep the time zone.
A freelancer from a marketplace

Cheaper per hour, until the second project when they are busy, or the third when they are gone.

No backup, no review, no contract that means anything. Fine for one task; not for a pipeline.
An offshore development company

Lowest hourly rate, large bench, overnight turnaround, a different face every quarter.

English that costs your project manager an hour a day. Works for some teams. The ones who come to us are the ones it did not work for.
Us

Small team, since 2012, WordPress only, Central Time, English without friction, one developer who stays.

We are not the cheapest option on this list. We are the one that still works in year two.
07 / CONTRACTS · IP · CONFIDENTIALITY

Paperwork

✓NDA before any access, yours or ours.
✓IP assignment. Everything built during the engagement belongs to you or to your client through you. In writing, in the agreement.
✓Access hygiene. Named accounts, 2FA, least privilege, revoked the day the engagement ends. We document what we had access to.
✓No client contact for agency engagements, unless you put us in the room.
✓Invoicing in USD with W-8BEN; we are a Mexican company, not a US entity, and we say so plainly so your accountant files it correctly.
✓A director who is a lawyer. Our director is an attorney and a WordPress engineer. Contracts get read, not just signed.
08 / WHY WE SAY "CHECK AVAILABILITY"

Capacity, stated plainly

We are a small senior team. We take [X] dedicated engagements at a time and we do not hire juniors to fill demand. When we are full, we tell you and give you a date. It is less convenient than a bench of two hundred; it is also why the developer you get in month one is the developer you still have in month eighteen.

09 / TEAMS WE HAVE WORKED INSIDE

Proof

[PLACEHOLDER · anonymized engagement]

A Texas agency added a full-time developer in 20XX for their WooCommerce accounts.

10 / QUESTIONS BEFORE HIRING

FAQ

Can we interview the developer first?

Yes. A call with the actual person before the trial, and you can ask for someone else if the fit is wrong.

What hours will they work?

Central Time by default, 8 am–5 pm or 9 am–6 pm. Full-time developers can shift by an hour or two to match Eastern or Pacific overlap.

What if the developer is sick or on vacation?

You get a named backup from our team who has been briefed on your account. Mexican public holidays are listed in the agreement; we work most US holidays unless you tell us not to.

Can the developer talk to our clients?

If you want them to, yes, as your team member, with your email address if you prefer. By default, no.

Do we need to provide tools?

Slack or equivalent, your project management tool, access to the sites. Git, staging and development environments we can provide if you do not have them.

What is the minimum commitment?

The two-week paid trial. After that, month to month with 30 days' notice. Hourly blocks have no commitment.

Can we scale up or down?

Yes, with 30 days' notice, subject to availability for scaling up.

Who reviews the work?

Anything that touches production gets a senior review from our side before it ships, in addition to your own process.

How do we pay?

Monthly in advance, USD, PayPal, Stripe or wire, W-8BEN on file.
